:shake No relationship rejected but another renter rejected my travel trailer cause it's different this excuse was it's liability issue, I have heard it's to big, we are renting anymore and list goes on. Let get serious this place isn't built out of tarps and plywood or wood framed wrapped in fiberglass/filon sometimes aluminum with a roof to leak in 10 yrs possibly. We are talking a 40 ft shipping container built out of 14 gauge Corteen steel, weight capacity 80k lbs with 5 inch channel iron every foot on center floor bracing with marine grade plywood one and quarter inch thick. All fabricated to RV specs from the door to plumbing and everything in between. I can drive my Geo in here if I wanted and have done it, not to mention 8' 10" celing height. I can sleep at night knowing most pistols bullets won't go through walls with low caliber rifles, a tree can fall on it and be safe, earthquakes I would laugh at, hurricanes is party time and tornadoes better grab cold one and buckle your seatbelt Dorothy cause Kansas is going bye bye. Can't burn it down, termites and moisture won't rot it, and I have towed this over 3000 miles so far. Painted white with Kool seal with a wood stove, come on now how many can say they can do any of this with their travel, not many.

have it inspected by one of those stupids that way if any one hassles you and you really want to shove it in thier face you can show them the certified paper work from the inspector

Not quite it has the amenities just lacking couple walls. Still trying to figure out if I should insulate the exterior or interior of the place before walls go up.

Several of my old customers used those for an office. Some were tricked out & looked very nice inside & out.
Here comes my honest, unsugarcoated opinion. Not meaning to hurt feelings or anything, just trying to help.
If you are looking to park it in an rv park or whatever, I understand their hesitation in renting you a spot.
The outside has too much of an industrial look. Rv parks, condos, neighborhoods with homeowner associations, all have a certain "appearance" they want/need to maintain. If people's abode vary from the "norm" the neighborhood nazis won't like it.
If you were to deck it out with some nice vinyl siding, & some sort of roofline, I think you'd have a much better shot. Otherwise your options are to park it on a wooded property somehow.
Good luck with it.

I spent years living in travel trailers. Most places are very snobby ass's about what they will let stay in their park.

So " dress up the exterior" Some t-111 or ceder shingles, maybe vinyl siding, might look more " conventional" to the park owners and you'll still have the " bullet proof" trailer underneath.

Rent? Buy a lot...probably cheaper in the long run, unless you're trying to live too close to a city center.
