if it's getting spark then your timing belt is ok-and you say it is getting fuel? the first thing that comes to my mind is a clogged fuel filter-

I changed the filter about 4 months ago... but I will check it again!

oh then your filter is probably ok-when your say it won't turn over do you mean nothing happens when you turn the key? or does the engine crank but won't start?

I have not. I'm guessing it's a fuel compression tool? That's the name of it?
It is a compression tester. It should look like this. There will be a gauge and a hose that will attach to the gauge and probably some different size adapters.

If you get a gauge to use let us know and we'll give the procedure to use to do the test.

No it checks compression inside your motor cylinders to make sure everything is working properly inside. You can borrow one from most any parts store, some may even help. All you do is remove your spark plug and screw the tester in where the plug was and crank the engine and read your pressure

That would be a very simplified and basic way of doing the test. Not necessarily worthless, but not as meaningful as following the proper FSM so you can reference the factory numbers to get a clearer picture of the health of the engine is. The link provided has all the necessary steps to match the factory procedure.
