Up date got the altenator out and had it bench tested, they told me it sounded a little noisy but tested ok
Got the printed readout. But while I was under the car talking to Geo Glen I saw a nipple for a vacuum line that had no hose on it. It's located on the firewall side of the intake manifold. There are two vacuum lines right next to each other. They are the small rubber hoses. The one on the passenger side goes to the sensor that controls the evap Canister. The one just to the left or drivers side. Is missing and there is no other nipple that I see that is missing a hose. ..can someone please tell me where that hose is supposed to go??? Thanks for the help. Toms95
Can you post a picture of it?
Red circle is showing the nipple for the missing line the blue lines point to the vacuum line that runs to the sensor that controls the evap Canister.

The first link goes to to pictures from some guy named Roman, so no help there. the second link is the correct picture. When using Flickr, click the share arrow and copy the BBCode link and paste it to your post. There is no need to use the Image button or anything else.

Are you using an off site web site such a photobucket to store your pics? That is the first step to being able to post pics.

That nipple looks like the map sensor port that goes to the map sensor mounted to the firewall next to the wiper motor

I looked at it some more, and it looks like the middle, so that would be evap. The map port is on the passenger side rear, closest to the map sensor.

Thanks Mighty Mouse, for getting the pic. Up......... An up date on the power problem. . Geo Glen found the problem. He came over to help find the problem. Was taking the timing cover off to check the position of the timing marks and found the 17mm bolt on the camshaft was loose. Which over time wore the gear/woodruff key /camshaft . They all got chewed up. . Which slowly caused the timing to slip further off, hence the worsening power loss. He is now looking to find a reasonable way to rectify the problem. Need a new g crankshaft gear, woodruff key, and a way to tighten up the slot for the woodruff key on the camshaft.. any ideas????

*crankshaft* gear. Check the response in your other post for a Google search with possible solutions.
