![]() thanks Mt999999999999999999999 my moms husband did a great job on it, then sarah stained it a golden pecan to accent the floor. Did I mention the grain of the wood runs the same as the floor that's pretty cool. The next few steps include making a bracket system that holds both screens in a float, mounted to the wall or on feet, the PC has a built in screen so I need the other 2 to match the height it sits. I was thinking of using coper pipe and tv brackets from Frys electronics to make a "screen arm" then another step to finish off the system is some cable management as brain stormed in another topic. And a cherry on top would be to add 1 or 2 more GPUs for 780 Ti SLI

use a large enough copper tubing diameter and use it for cable management. ![]() 4" diameter copper waste pipe would be cool and industrial looking. plus you could find bolt flanges and pre-made bends for that project. copper that is silver soldered and polished looks awesome. |

its 3 screens now but I still have 2 more to set up, I would like my 27" above the middle of the triples, and I want my 62 mounted on the wall so I could sit on the sofa and play using the game pad. not all games support hyper wide displays Diablo 3 supports 4800x900 but its so wide you can see the edge of the world, the witcher 3 runs amazing on 3 screens at this resolution, only problem with hooking up more and more screens is each screen takes more power from your graphics card to run, those pixels don't just show up by magic. In the witcher I was running all uber settings and some system over rides on the graphics card for even nicer visuals with a heavy over clock I was at 60fps with some dips in the 50s, that was running 1440x768 resolution, now adding 2 more things on top of that and running 4800x900 I have lost a ton of frame rate, it saddens me that my graphics card is just not up to the task of 60 frames AND 3 screens, I had to adjust the settings turned off AA and AA hair works to 2 times. (AA is anti aliasing, gets rid of jaggy edges in round or slope objects) so to run all these pixels I still want to get another graphics card to share the work load that's called SLI, 2 graphics cards can alternate frames with each other and help boost performance. but my graphics card is $400 and I just have not gotten quite that far yet and no 3 screens is not a crazy set up, its actually 1 hyper wide, great for games and multi tasking programs. and you asked about what web site? that's GMF in black as night setting, I love it

...But the website only has 2 cars at the top on your screens, rather than the normal 3! I'm so confused... ![]() Man, I thought my 15 in. laptop was a wide screen! Well, compared to the previous set up with a CRT on 800X600 res...

![]() I'm making an attempt to get this wire over to the light, don't mind the itchyou-lation dust cloud, I feel like I got a black lung now, so much dust up there moving stuff itching and did I mention is SO hot up there ugh..... ![]() here is where I came from way over from the dark, the far corner is where the wash room is so I'm trying to string the water heater power to the service box, being 6 gauge wire its stiff and hard to work with, I have to do this 2 times because the water heater has 2 coils and each is 60 amps requiring its own circuit.... I am starting to see why this would have cost thousands of dollars to hook up, because crawling around in the celling sucks, feeding that heavy wire into little bends and holes sucks, takes lots of time and lots of work so labor cost goes way up ![]() here is the spool I been lugging around up here its 65' of romex wire, I been trying to keep it spooled up nice but it gets twisted up and tangled just like a headphone wire but this time its massive why do wires like to tangle, I mean for real they love to tangle up....![]() here is where I started, stabbed up into the roof from here followed that vent pipe and on my way I went. next event is to fish it outside of the house to the service box but I think I need help for that. this is for mt9χ60 ![]() you can see how the computer treats the screen as one, when web browsing you can look at super wide text blocks easy, and use multi program stuff and not have to hide or tab windows. ![]() here is the big reason to have such a set up, your character is in the middle and the world is around you, normally you just have 1 flat part in front of you, this includes your peripherals making the game more immersive, its fun to be racing the horse and just watch the trees wiz by, its cool to see people walking around in more space than just your front monitor. and its funny because 3 is not even the max possible for full game immersion figured id post these for you.

Good for super-wide text blocks? That must be why your posts are 3X the size of my screen! Nah, switching browsers changed that. Stupid Internet Explorer!I don't do any kind of gaming of any sort, but I can see how it would be pretty cool. It would take a lot of getting used to... for me anway...
