If it stops when you get to work, it's most likely a corroded connection that loses continuity when it heats up. That, or a broken wire. Simplest thing is to jumper it out from the battery when it's not working - you can find out if it's not getting power or not grounded. From there, just trace the wire back.

Check fuse, check harness behind fan switch.

OK, you've been around here enough. ^o) You know the fan switches can crap out. :'( After fuses, and blower motor test, you may remember this. :hmm

If you look at the switch, there are holes that two zip ties will fit into.

Whip out the test light and start checking for voltage at the switch going in and going out.

Don't mean to "thread jack", but can you buy new replacement switches for the fan speed? Mine doesn't do anything on the first speed, and works intermittently on the next speed up; I sometimes have to wiggle it. The highest speeds seem to work fine.

Wrap a wire tie around the switch.

Maybe the fan resistors? :hmm

If your fan previously had only one speed, the final resistor gave up the ghost. :stoner
