any way to modify it for a rear defrost grid, typical things concerning, right gauge for amps, where does it lead in fuse box ect. |

evmetro, you meant defrost right? ![]() Yes that is the connector for defrost. All '95+ Metro's are wired for defrost. Behind the third blank switch cover from the left, next to the steering wheel, you will find the defrost switch connector. All you need is the switch. Plug it in and your good to go.....there. At the back of your Metro, You will need either glass with a defrost grid, or one of these aftermarket grids. Plug it into the connector your showing, ground out the other side, and your done. ![]() BTW Rear wipers were very Metro specific. Each Metro that had it, had a special wire harness. It is a real pain in the rear to add a rear wiper to a Metro that did not come with one from the factory. |

Brain fart. I just pulled pulled that very wire harness and all of the defrost wiring from a 2000 with defrost that I am scrapping, which makes the brain fart even worse. The baggie that all the wiring is in was even sitting right next to my computer... |

You sure that is the only "baggie" next to your computer?
