Headlight Issue; Pass. Headlight Dimmer than the Drivers

Hi!

I have a 1992 Metro 1.0 XFi. I have one of the most annoying issues I've ran across in awhile. Passenger's low beam headlight is dimmer than the driver's when the headlights are on.

Familiar with this in other vehicles being a ground issue, I checked and the ground is solid. Power to the plug is 12.5 on the driver's side, 12.0 on the passenger's side. So, there's a voltage drop. Not much, but enough to have a dim headlight.

I'm a bit baffled since they seem to use the same trunk (according to the wiring diagram) from the switch.

Any ideas?

Thanks a million!

Check these splices for corrosion and resistance issues, http://geometroforum.com/single/?p=880326&t=4464045

Also could just be a bad bulb try switching them and see if it changes. I had a bulb that looked ok but was noticably dimmer. It was also installed upside down by the previous owner😀.
My other car had a loose and corroded connectors was dim one day so I popped the hood and unpluged it and repluged it a few times to clean up the connection and it went brite again. Also check the connectors for corrosion and or loosness.

I had the same problem on my 95 awhile ago-you check your fuses? on my car there is one for each headlight-on my car the fuse was good but there was no power to the fuse-after a lot of troubleshooting including checking the splices under the hood I finally had to run a fused wire from my positive battery post to the white red wire plug on my right headlight-works fine ever since
