The little red eco-bug above is the test subject for my new experiment/restoration project. It is a 1994 Suzuki Cultus/Swift GS imported from France in 2004. Was not allowed on the streets of Canada until 2009 where it underwent a safety inspection for Canada. New hood stickers had to be slapped-on as it now had to qualify for Canadian Emission Standards. (The Cultus does not pass emissions for US road use)

The previous owner drove it till he got a Dodge truck (ew in my opinion) and parked it in 2013. I picked it up in September 2015 still running. With a temporary sticker, I slapped it on and drove it back home. (400+km away)

As-is, it runs very strong, has lots of horsepower (73HP seems enough for stock) and is truly amazing on fuel. Even compared to my fuel-project '97 Swift. (Which achieved the 70MPG mark)

So what will happen with this little car? I would like to make it Mid-Engine. Kind of stuck at the moment with all what needs to be done. Any takers? :drivin
