springs; what is the best way to bring he metro back up to hight

my 92 metro is so low that there is no bonce left but tires.
i wan to bring it back up, to the right height. its jarring my back bad.
i love this (car). my kids use it when theirs brake down. my youngest
uses it as his own. it delivers PIZZA1 :bump2 :bump2 :bump2 :banana :drivin
i thought about take the spring to an axle shop. but that be he best way to go :ermm: :'( :whistle

There might not be any way (that I know of) that you can restore springs unless you can find some new ones. A J/Y may be your best bet.

If you want new there are a few aftermarkets out there and their lowering springs. I went with those and it has stiffened up the car to where I like it. I didn't like the way the car had so much body roll to it in turns. The lowering springs tightened everything up and yes the drive is stiffer, but I like it over the way it was.

I wish we could find aftermarket oem style springs, not just lowering ones.

Struts have nothing to do with ride height. But if you're going to mess with the springs you should certainly replace the struts at the same time.
