I guess they might be referred to as "Green Springs". Guaranteed none would be available for our cars. Looks like their target market would be to new oem types.

There are a heck of a lot of far less expensive and more productive ways to improve fuel economy than cutting a few pounds off each spring. The return on these for an increase that's too small to even reliably measure would be likely be decades. Unless you just want to give away a lot of green to be greener.

8 pound savings? Take off your air conditioning for six times the diet. You'll sweat off a little more after, so hey, bonus, party! Love how they say they're less likely to break. Sure. Plastic springs are less likely to break than steel springs. On which planet? |
