poor thing!

Apparently, it managed to knock the other car completely off the road. Not bad for a ~1750lb little car!
Man, those things get totaled pretty easily...
People in the smart car walked away unharmed. People in the other car had some actual, if minor, injuries.

Better the car gets totaled then the people inside!

for all the haters on the smart cars, they are actually pretty safe and have a very strong tridium safety cell. i have been in many of them and actually they are not bad for small cars.

They are very safe. I owned one and put 342,000 km on it in 4 years. They are built with a tridion cell that encases the occupants. Very strong. It ran on diesel fuel (I'm in Canada, we got them here) and got 60 mpg all day long. I loved that car.
