I have never had issues with Rock Auto as long as I steer clear of the cheap stuff. I am firm believer in "you get what you pay for". |

Same here... Mevotech is like the Chinese verion of MOOG, lifetime warranty, looks nice, but tend to be sloppy construction. I cleaned out a warehouse up here of sway bar links for a Jeep, because 1 was good, and the rest you couldn't grease, or the boots had holes... Ended up making 1 out of 2... ![]() Soo... Rock is saying I'm returning the one MOOG outer that came with an extra hole in its joint boot, and the two inners that are impossible to grease because I just don't want them... Sigh... Good news is, that the truck now has all the parts, and it drives way better than it did before. Bad news is, that the truck isn't keeping it's alignment, had to lift the front end one side at a time to change the spark plugs(fuck you GM), and now the steering wheel is very not straight. Alignment guy tried straightening it out, was dumb founded about why it shifted so much. I had to pull the plugs and regap them(fuck you again GM) because a TSB was issued in 2004 saying that the stock plugs are .060" but any replacements even the AC-Delco replacements have to be gapped at .045". There's also another TSB that the dealer SHOULD have done with removing the distributor vent screens, which they never did, and the cap/rotor were covered in corrosion, so I did that, and replaced the rotor/cap/wires as well. Anyways, the steering wheel shifted again, and the truck pulls slightly. So it's going to have to make a return trip to the shop for the alignment to be redone. Oh and fuck those brake calipers, 1 year warranty, check them... Bought November, 2nd, 2014... It's enough to make you ... Sigh...
