Just like the topic. I am looking for a source to buy these for my 95 sedan. From my hour or so looking I can't find any new control arms either. Anyone? |

Spendy but here is both. http://www.gmpartsonline.net/parts/1995/Geo/Metro/LSi?siteid=215055&vehicleid=96299§ion=REAR%20SUSPENSION&group=REAR%20SUSPENSION&subgroup=LOWER%20CONTROL%20ARM Sometimes even though they list them they are still not available. I would imagine you can order the bushing from Superpro from Australia.. I would just put a wanted for rear control arms. I am sure you can pick those up cheap. |

Its still pretty cheap just to replace the whole lower control arm. I bought mine from Ebay I think. Also RockAuto was doing an inventory close out of some Metro parts. Selling stuff cheap. Then you don't have to fuss with the bushings. You have something brand new. |

Yeah, have checked the usual places like eBay and rock auto and they don't have much as far as rear suspension parts besides struts. |

I think that MK2-4 is all the same--anyone want to confirm (or deny)? |

I used Suzuki swift rear control arms on the 94; they fit perfectly. I even think gen2 and gen3 rear arms are identical. The Moog RK640804 and RK640805 are in both 95 as well as 92 models on RA, but for some reason RA won't post them as metro parts. The cheaper Moogs are only 50 bucks each (RK640423 & RK640424), not sure what the differences are...Moog seems to make cheap parts (R-series) plus a stronger version of the same part (usually called the Problem Solvers). Hope this helps. http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/suzuki,1995,swift,1.3l+l4,1272057,suspension,control+arm,10401 |

I can get the bushings--the big one--for the MK2 & 3, which appears to be the same fit as for the MK4's. They all use the same bracket, which makes it even more likely to be a match. |
