Strut Spring Seat Source

I'm redoing the struts on my 95, but 21 years of the Texas heat and ozone has rotted them to the point I can barely get the rubber spring seats out. Does anyone have a source for them? The Suzuki part number is 4121250G00, GM Part Number is 91171939; but most places say it's discontinued.

i have an interest in this as well as i am preparing to put together new front strut assemblies.

it must be a 95 and up thing. in all of the mk2/3 cars i have fiddled with over about 15 years i don't recall them having rubber seats on the struts' spring perches.

t3, 95+ cars seem to all have larger diameter spring coils. I wonder if the rubber seats the coil springs sat in were intended to provide a more compliant ride. And you are right, seats were not used on earlier cars.

Well I've looked all over, and it seems like these things are just not available anywhere new. The only options now are to put the old torn ones on the new KYB struts, or just leave them off entirely. I'm kinda leaning towards leaving them off since the older models don't seem to have them at all.
