There are many uses for lemons, here are a few: 1. Freshen the Fridge Remove refrigerator odors with ease. Dab lemon juice on a cotton ball or sponge and leave it in the fridge for several hours. Make sure to toss out any malodorous items that might be causing the bad smell. 2. High Blood Pressure Lemon contains potassium which controls high blood pressure and reduces the effect of nausea and dizziness. 3. Prevent Cauliflower From Turning Brown Cauliflower tend to turn brown with even the slightest cooking. You can make sure the white vegetables stay white by squeezing a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice on them before heating. 4. Mental Health Lemon water can also prep up your mood and relieve you from depression and stress. Long distance walkers and world travelers as well as explorers look upon the lemon as a Godsend. When fatigue begins, a lemon is sucked through a hole in the top. Quick acting medicine it is, giving almost unbelievable refreshments. |

Mine ticked me off, so I took my samurai sword off the wall, cut it in half, then squeezed the remaining life out of it. I then dumped it in a glass, added a little sugar, followed by some water, and drank it. No more yappie lemons for me.

I carry lemons around in case I need to start a fire. It also requires brass tacks, zinc nails, steel wool, & wire. Now I have lemons on the brain. Keep thinking of lemon desserts. |

Well, you know what they say..."If life hands you grapes,.... stomp the shit out of them. Then let 'em ferment, and drink it." At least that's what my 2nd grade teacher used to always tell me. Of course, she was a bit of a lush,......and I was homeschooled. Edited by PTA2PTB, Mar 27 2016, 12:48 PM.

Went to the local PnP today. Managed to pick up this, for a song. The exterior of it looks to be in pretty good shape, even better than mine rind; which is starting to look kinda zested. I'll probably skin some parts off of it to use on mine, but if anyone's interested in any of the other parts off it, before I send it to the squeezer, let me know. I'll make someone a really good peel on them. |

"There's a guy over on the Teamlime forum that's been playing around with a Mega-Juicer system for a few years now. He still had to rig up a wastegate, to get rid of unwanted seeds and pulp, but, Man, the juice he's been able to extract from one these little things is, Ph-nominal!" - T3lemontop |
