Interesting. I wonder if the engines could be swapped to another car or not under their rules. That Sprint engine seemed pretty tough as did the Jag that flamed out and then restarted.

Also, these Aussies are blowing a couple crashed rally cars! I have to say the engine in that first one was pretty insane with it still running once on fire and at least one small explosion under the hood, all while overdosing on NOS. That was a Mitsubishi Magna. I can only hope the Mirage is that tough!

As depressing as it is to see this kind of abuse to what outwardly look like salvageable cars ( at least by my standards :whistle ) It does bring a smile to my face knowing that drunk redneck dutch guys behave very much the same as drunk redneck American guys. I feel like we would get along fabulously.....
