I have replaced the passenger side lower front control arm with no problems. But when I went to replace the drivers side control arm besides busting off one of the 14mm bolts the shaft the sleeve from the control arm slides on is rusted to it. Does anyone know what the name of this piece is and if you can buy a replacement? We don't have heat to remove the sleeve from the shaft.

That sleeve is bonded to the rubber on the new control arm.
You will have to get it off before you can install the new one.
If you don't have a torch or something to break the rust, you can use a grinder to cut thru it.
If you go this route, be very careful, and smooth out any area's that you over grind.
