hey everyone, my name is tom. ive got a 95 metro with a g10 that i turbod, i rebuilt the motor, rings, main and rod bearings and head gasket kit. i have a garret t2 turbo, fmic, hks ssqv, walbro 255 pump, vortech fmu, tubular manifold, ect. the problem im having is i fill my catch can within 100 miles of veryvery soft driving, this is pissin me off so damm bad, i blocked ogg the pcv into the intake manifold and have the valve cover running into a catch can then catch can dups under the car, ne one have ne ideas, ive put over 5000 miles on the rebuilt motor, and its still pising out oil! wtf im go and come back on the forums and see if ne of my metro family help, thanks everyone,

Welcome to the forum. My first idea would be to do a compression test. I wonder if you did not get defective parts when you did the rebuild. When you pulled the head off did you find the small oil check valve in the block? This might cause problems if left out. You should post some pics of your catch can setup. It sounds interesting. |

yea that check valve is still located in the block ive got everything ripped apart now, so pics really wount be posted till i get the new bearings n h/g in, |

the compression test went across 160 155 155, not bad, it dosent smoke from the tube, just blows oil wen under wot. installed new valve seals as well just pulled the head apart n everythings good uptop, so its gotta be something to do w the rings, |
