Inside Side-view mirrors

I recently removed my passenger side outside mirror to gain a little mileage. I have been missing having a mirror on that side, so I made a couple inside ones.

I used convex mirrors to help with the blind spots. What I used to mount them was a brake controller bracket and 3M double sided tape(if mounting to plastic make sure to clean with alcholol and use plastic primer or adhesive promoter)

I cut the brake control bracket in half to give me (2) 90 degree pieces I bent these slightly to align my view point.

I updated the pics to daylight ones. Can see out very well. I am thinking about removing outside drivers mirror, getting used to new inside mirror first.

My A/F gauge is a Autometer, narrow band, I had it left over from a CRX project car that I sold a couple years ago.

Woodman that is a sweet little boat you built, I bet it is fun as hell too. :drivin B-)

Victory is mine!!!!

Nice job. If you get anything else inside that car you will have to wear the stormtrooper helmet when driving.

:rocker

More is planned I love gadgets, just ask my Wife she rolls her eyes everytime I say "Guess what I did today, honey" While grinning ear to ear. And she normally replies "OH, god!"

Then I proceed to say Hey you married me.

P.S. Still looking for Stormtrooper helmet.

Could get rid of both mirrors with a couple of tiny vid cameras and an LCD display - not sure if its legal.
