I have a 1997 Geo Metro hatchback with the factory wiring harness and I am at a complete loss as to how to wire up the old harness with the included harness with my Pioneer AVH-X2800BS Head unit. I already have everything else set up (Subwoofer, aplifier, surround speakers, etc) but this is absolutely driving me insane. Any help? |

You'll need an adaptor like this.......... http://www.crutchfield.com/p_120701782/Metra-70-1782-Receiver-Wiring-Harness.html?tp=2977 Probably find it cheaper at Walmart or on ebay. Edited by nineoneandblue, Oct 15 2016, 04:41 PM.

If you want to wire up your aftermarket stereo using a wiring harness adapter (which I recommend), you will find info here: Helpful Stereo Links; Stuff you might need to buy! If your wiring harness has been cut, or you plan to cut it yourself (which I do not recommend), and need the wiring harness colors, you will find info here: FSM Stereo Wiring Diagrams; Multiple years If you have any additional questions, let us know! |
