Ok guys I have looked in the manual and cannot find the tolerances. I have my head off because the head gasket went bad after not properly torquing the head down after ring replacement. What I am wondering is the Tolerance on head warpage I know there should be none ideally but nothing is perfect any help would be appreciated guys thanks

Check the link below. It is for the 94 FSM. Look in section 06A1 ENGINE MECHANICAL 1 LITER L3 VIN CODE 6026, page 30. I can only remember seeing a tolerance for checking the head not the block. I would use the same tolerance.

Looks like the tolerance is .002"

In addition to the reference that freegeo posted that gives tolerances for the cylinder head mating surface, the 1991 Factory service Manual specifies tolerances for the cylinder block gasket surface.
1991 FSM 6A1-45

Flatness
Standard .0012"
Limit .0024"
