Well my metro has over 300k on it and it's now giving me problems. Over the past 2 weeks it's been loosing power but not real bad until this week. Yesterday at work it would turn on and soon as I would go to pull out it would shut off and start right back up. I recently replaced the wires, plugs, and air filter. It's not throwing and codes and I don't know enough about these cars to really diagnose it. It's a 93 metro 5 speed. Any input you got is really appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Also pulled the plugs today and the one furthest to the right if looking from the front is coated in oil and doesn't look like it's firing.

If it's coated with oil, that means it has been oil fouled. The spark plug won't fire if the plug is coated with oil. Clean or replace the plug and see if it runs better. Once you've confirmed that it runs better, you can start to investigate why it fouled in the first place. Do you have to add oil to the engine frequently? Does it smoke? Do a compression test to see if you have worn piston rings, a burned valve, or both.

I don't really have to add oil very often and it does smoke once and awhile but not very often. It does smell like it's running very rich also

It smells rich because your #3 spark plug is not firing. Unburned fuel is passing straight out your exhaust pipe.. and possibly damaging your catalytic converter if you leave it in this condition long enough.. clean that spark plug and report back if it runs better..

Take suzukitom's advice and do a compression test. That will give you a idea of the condition of you engine. With 300000 miles, I would image it is getting tired.
