I have a 1993 Geo Metro 3 cylinder 5 speed G10 just rebuilt. It turned over first crank, I was so excited to see that happen. I hear that its rare for that to happen. Anyways, after the computer acclimated to the new air and fuel ratios. My engine stayed at a high rpm and started surging so I turned it off. When I turned it off it took a little more time stop running too. I don't know what it could be. I have diagnosed all parts of throttle body and iac and hoses no vacuum leaks anywhere all line were changed in the rebuild and routed to the right areas. I have replaced the tps censor with a used one and it started to have a smaller interval of surging. Any ideas on what the issue could be? |

When you replaced the tps did you adjust it to the correct voltage value according to the FSM?
