Ok, so I'm just about over Photobucket, with their constant ads, and being soooo frickinnn slow....... It also doesn't seem to play nice with windows 10. Constantly hangs/locks up. Does it work great, if you pay the yearly fee, for ad free? Being a Metro owner, and all that, I'd hate to have to actually pay for a service. :lol

What's everybody else using these days?

No issues here...but I have an ad-blocker and a script-blocker going. I got sick and tired of sites hanging up just as they're almost done loading years ago. This does a good job of preventing it.

Also makes it a PITA to view web pages outside of my regular sites. News sites and such are pretty much useless; They have dozens of different sites trying to run scripts. I live without rather than have my usual sites compromised by ads & scripts.

I've been using imgur since I became a member here at GMF.

I used to not post pics because of how dumb photo bucket was,now I can post away and it works great for me.

I use Tinypic to do mine but i guess I'm not smart enough to figure out how to do multiple pictures. i end up doing one pic and copy and paste to the forum and then do it all over again for each additional picture. Hopefully someone else trys them and can explain it to me.

I use flickr and it never gives me issues. With all the photobucket complaints I'm suprised anyone would still use it.

It's free... that's why I still use it. However, it is annoying on this end as well. I intend on finding a better hosting site eventually, but it's not a priority. I wonder how the paid Photobucket works? If you subscribe to AOL, you get a free paid Photobucket upgrade... :lol

Isn't that some kind of social media website? I don't want a lot of tom-foolery involved. :P

It's part of your yahoo account. Yahoo Mail for email and Flickr for images. While yes you can search and favorite other peoples images(Social media I guess if you'd consider youtube social media), I wouldn't consider it social media to me that's Facebook or Myspace. I recommend it!

Hmm... I've been using Thunderbird to download POP e-mail on my desktop for so long, that I don't remember my Yahoo password! I'll have to do some thinking... :lol

I don't know how long it's been, but I'm on Thunderbird version 3, and it looks like the current version is somewhere in the high 30's or 40's.

I know I'm reinstalling Firefox in March, version 52 will be the last one that supports XP :( . Although I will continue using it long after.
