Stainless Header flange**group buy**G10

Interest was brought up for a SS header flange. Long and short, I can get these lazer cut for $40-45 each, my cost. If we do some volume, maybe a little savings. Once the pattern has been run it will be available indefinitely.

Spec's are: 3/8" 304 Stainless Steel, with E-ports and bolt holes. NO egr port.

Yes, for G10, but if there is enough interest G13 would only be a little more, 25% I would guess, as a T&M anyway.

I will keep this GB open till sign up's slow down, then I will post details.

I would be in for one of each if we get enough for the 1.0 and the 1.3.

I would be in for a 3 cyl one if the price stays in that range.

Price will only go down, unless SS goes up a bunch. It is t&m. right now they have material in stock.

If three are serious for a g13, I can do it. BUT, someone will have to step up and provide an OEM mani for pattern. I don't do those gas guzzlers. I do not have a mani on hand.

G10 list;

Turbo Dan-o 2
Bjetmech 1
freegeo 1

G13 16v list;

solerpower
z345speed 1
GTluver 1

G13 8v

Bjetmech 1

I will update the list above. if you don't see your name PM me.

For those who want a G13 flange, I will need a mani for a pattern. Keep this in mind!

I'm beginning to wonder if anyone reads what I post. When I say I have a dng file for the g13b exhaust manifold flange and then someone wants to use a template from matching the stock manifold I don't know what to say. The dng file is from Turbine Tech.

PM sent.

for everyone else. It has been my experience that a business may not want to expose themselves to the potential of infected software. Especially when scan time will only be maybe 2 minutes, and this is not like some huge account with complex parts, and 10's of thousands in profits.

For clarification purposes:

Is there a difference between the exhaust flange bolt pattern between the 8v and the 16v G13?

I have never own a 8v 1.3, but I did compare the images on Rockauto. They do not look like they are the same. Someone should be able to confirm this.

Looking at the exhaust manifold pic on rockauto the 16v has round exhaust ports. The Metro's 8v has rectangle ports. So my guess is they are different. But looking at the bolt patterns between the two they do look the same.
