Planning on a 2,500 mile roadtrip next month so I figured I would get the a.c. recharged in my 92 vert.
I am running HC-12a coolant and it worked fine for a couple summers. But it was gradually loosing some of its coolness & died last fall. So I visited an ole friend....Tom the Geo Guru of Selma NC.

Yep, this is A/C season. I read your post when you posted this, and it reminded me. I just went out and topped of my system when you posted this. I have been trying to remember to top it off the last week or so, since I have been feeling the heat, but I end up getting sidetracked doing something else when I get to my shop. Thanks for the reminder.

It didn't look like the G10 bird was set up for a passenger, so I take it you did not get a ride in it? It looks fun either way...

He has promised me a ride.in that thing but this certainly a fair weather flyer. Over the years, anytime I've been up there to visit he was either busy or the weather wasn't right. He also has a more.conventional plane too (can't remember what it is).and a private grass airstrip on his property. I look forward to going up with him in it someday.

It's not a Jenny, is it?

This one, that was recently for sale on CL, had a Geo Metro engine in it.
