Well, after selling 244,000 cars since 2000, Suzuki Pakistan has run out of their 2016 Cultus inventory (similar to our 89-94 Metros) and is now building its replacement the Celerio with the Cultus badge.

The new car uses the K10B.

The last Suzuki factory building anything connected to our Metros is the Induan made Maruti Gypsy which uses the G13BB engine. This car is sold in New Zealand for off road use only as the Suzuki Farm Worker.

I wonder what Suzuki has done with the old Cultus tooling? Hmm.. :hmm

Didnt realize the style was unchanged for so long, pretty amazing. My only question is how do I get the hood and headlights sent here ? Or for that matter a whole parts car lol Lots of nice looking body parts on the 2016 model

That farm worker looks sorta like a longer version of my samurai, if that farm truck is any thing like my samurai then i bet it's nearly bullet proof. My poor truck has been desert romped and abused till the carburetor gave in. I would love to have that farm thing for "off road use only" :lol

Yep.
The modernized Sammy is still popular in other parts of the world. Don't know what import regs are for off road use only in USA.. Could be worth checking out.

The base 4x4 Farm worker sells for about 14K NZ. (About $10,200 US)
