Engine fell over!

For a while now I have been experiencing a lot of engine movement when driving. I assumed it was a bad rear engine mount. I was running errands yesterday afternoon, when the Metro just died. I lifted the hood, and to my amazement, all three bolts from my trans mount were... GONE! I got a ride home, and fortunately the Esteem has a mount that uses the exact same bolts. Went back down to the car with a floor jack, plugged the ignition wire back into the coil (it pulled out when the engine fell over), good to go. This morning I was driving and the car died- I never checked the distributor end of the wire! So, the Metros back, but man, that was weird. :smackface :hmm :shake

It seems that your Metro is also anxious to see more progress on your J18 swap and so it started without you.. :P

Ha-ha! I deserved that. I am debating whether or not I should just get the power steering rack from a late model Metro, rather than mounting the Pathfinder pulley on the narrow edge of the Esteem bracket.
