Thought it might be helpful to list some of the O-ring and freeze plug sizes for Metros in one place. If anyone has sizes for locations I missed, or if I made a mistake feel free to chime in. :cheers

O-Rings:
Metros were designed for JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) size O-Rings.
Sizes below are in millimeters and listed as: Outside Diameter, Inside Diameter, Cross Section .
Distributor base (JIS P24):
30.7 x 23.7 x 3.5

Water pump outlet pipe (JIS P28, aka GM part# 96059933):
34.7 x 27.7 x 3.5

Automatic transmission solenoid wiring harness plug (JIS P18):
22.6 x 17.8 x 2.4

Oil pump intake tube (JIS P14):
18.6 x 13.8 x 2.4

Oil dipstick tube (JIS P10):
13.6 x 9.8 x 1.9

Speedometer cable at transmission (JIS P14):
18.6 x 13.8 x 2.4

Freeze Plugs:
Given sizes are actual hole sizes (1.0L). Some catalogs list by plug size which are usually around 0.5mm larger.
Steel plugs are preferred for Metros since brass can supposedly have a corrosive reaction with aluminum.
As of 9/2017 O'reily Auto Parts was able to order all these sizes (next-day) for less that $1 each.

Head: Timing Belt side Large= 40mm
Head: Timing Belt side Small= 25mm
Head: Radiator Hose side= 20mm
Intake Manifold: Underneath= 30mm
Intake Manifold: Left and Right= 20mm

Still searching.

Have not been able to find a size for that part. You may have to measure the grove in the trans and then the thickness of the oring to get one.
