Update on the 18 gremlins..

This is what I have left. These two wires.
It cranks but won't start. Im not getting any spark. It will sputter upon cranking but thats it.
Wat do?

Also, the 3 cylinder 1 litre from a 1995 metro is non interference, correct?

All stock Metro 3 cylinder engines are non interference

What distributor did you use on the 95 engine?


Can you give the wire colors of the ones you have left?

Those do not look like stock wires or the stock plug they go into

That's an added on relay. Could be for the clicky starter issue or for the headlights or something someone added.

Yes that is a aftermarket relay. Hard to tell what they had it hooked up to.

You are not getting any spark at all? Does the check engine light come on when the key is in the on position.

The distributor looks like it is set to almost the full retard position.

And double check your rotor, cap wires and firing order.
