Any ideas where to find hub studs?; 10m×1.25 × 25mm

So while doing breaks and rotors stripped one of the hub studs that attach to the rotors. Any ideas where to find a replacement? Autozone and such have not been helpful. Would some type of dealership have this stud? And unfortunately the junkyards don't have any metros around here

Dorman 610-336 is the listed front 12mm stud for our Geo, it should be available just about anywhere for a dollar or two per stud

Whoops, didn't catch the 10mm bit. The 10mm studs (front or rear) are Dorman# 610-308

I appreciate the suggestions but i'm pretty sure you guys are giving me the reference to the hub studs that attach to the wheel w lug nuts which is also 10 mm. I need the bolt that goes from the hub to the rotor. It has a 14 mm hex head with a number 7 on the head.

This is a month old, but why not answer it. You mean the bolts that go through the hub and bolt to the caliper? Off the top of my head these should be 10mm x 1.25. You can find suitable class of bolt at Ace Hardware, or most auto stores. I probably have about 50 of those bolt in buckets. You do want to measure the length and get a 10.9 or 12.9 metric class bolt.

Think he wants the ones that bolt the rotor to the hub, on older metro rotor sits inboard of hub and it has to be pressed apart and bolts removed to remove rotor. With the knurles will probably have to get from dealer, wrecking yard or bbowens

I think he should be able to find something close in the Dorman catalog. The knurl length does not need to be exact, but the diameter will need to be close. I have never seen the set up your describing.

Unless they have been upgraded to 95 or newer or vert brakes it will have them

metric grade 10.9 or 12.9 flange head bolt and lock washer. No need to complicate things.

I replace them every time I do rotors. Hey, guess what, it makes the next service much easier if you do. Use a little hi-temp antiseize and it wont even seem like work!
