Can you bee more specific on the model number. There are a number of Kenwood Touchscreen + Garmin GPS models. Such as DNX772BH 6.95 Inch Touchscreen, DNX572BH 6.2 Inch Touchscreen, DNX773S In-Dash 2-DIN 6.95" Touchscreen. |

no, unless the head unit requires external amps and you want to run 500 watts or so, the power from the radio harness should work just fine. ![]() if you want to add amps i always suggest upgrading the "big 3." bigger systems need new power and ground wiring along with other upgrades to the vehicle's electrical system. |
