Gutted the inside. it was so gross it needed to go in the dumpster. Adjusted the altitude by cutting 1.5 coils front and rear. Weight reduction with some lightened bumper reinforcements.

Looks like you're on your way. Don't know about those redneck mirrors. They may stop some chicks from getting in the car.

Forgot the pics of the gauges and wheel. I need to do something with a dash, might fab one up myself. or trim the factory. for stereo I might just do an amp and speakers and just plug my Iphone in and rock pandora.

Are you going to have it so... erm, "minimalist", going forward, or do you have plans for the interior?

That looks AWESOME! :rocker

If someone wanted to bring you another '96 to paint, might you be interested? (asking for a friend :D )

:popcorn

Also, don't know if you tossed the old dash or not, but I have a couple of old faded ones, ripe for refinishing or cutting up, if you want at no charge.

Minimalist is what I was going for. was toying with putting a cage in it for a possible LeMons race car prep.

Yeah I can paint another. It's not my day job, but it's what I enjoy doing.

I still have my old dash, might modify it.

I swear, I can see the dust cloud from here... I didn't know Stiffchezze could peel out so quickly, on the way from Alabama to Florida...

Awesome work! As evidenced by the fact that it looks all awesome, 'n junk. :thumb

I would say your gauges are bit "over the top" - of the steering wheel, but I think you actually have to look down through it, to see them.
