Ok, here is a short history of the car. I bought it for $550 March of lat year. It is a 92 Metro LSI. Wheni bought it the A/C worked great, and the car ran well, it did however smoke a good bit. Well, after driving it for 3 months it finally went out going up a hill. I wound up destroying a valve. The car sat for a good 4 months, without me touching it.

Well, this March i got motivated to fix it so i pulled the engine and had the head sent off to 3tech. I tried to rebuild the engine myself but ran into a few major problems, so instead of sinking even more money in an engine i wasn't sure would run, i bought a used block for $50. By the time the block go to my house with the head/cam, header, and all the other fun stuff it was early June. So one day after work we began the task of re-assembling the engine and putting it back into the car.

The day we pulled the old engine...

Putting it back together went pretty well, i do have low compression (150) but that is due to the $50 block. After that i didn't do much to the car other then drive it for a few months. Then i got the itch back.

I started out small. I got a GTI steering wheel and a hatch spoiler...

I then decided on spending a lot of money on some fun...

In preparation(Sp?) for the fun i got a custom made throttle body pressure hat, to hold the boost...

Don't worry, the ribbed piping is a temp fix only.

So that is how it sits now. I will update as soon as the "Fun" arrives.

Looks like some fun is brewing under the hood. Not to mention the slack jawed look of total surprise as you whiz past the unsuspecting. My question is won't you need a different E.C.M. to support the turbo?

Ok, so here is how it sits at the shop. So far the only problem we've run into is that the oil filter hits the compressor housing. This is only 2 nights work so far. I am so excited about this beast!!! :burnout:
